The staff are very hard-working and friendly and the food is very good and cheap in Albsnia. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room for 3 people with a very narrow bathroom, not what we booked.

Lot w obie strony przebiegł poprawnie, bez żadnych problemów. Transfer z lotniska w jedną stronę był wyjątkowo uciążliwy – kierowca prowadził bardzo chaotycznie. Żołądek wywijał się na drugą stronę, a głowa latała po całym autobusie. Myślałem, że zaraz ją stracę. Hotel niestety bardzo przeciętny. Drinki serwowane w pakiecie all inclusive to klasyka w stylu „polska wódka plus sok”. Pan barman często wychodził a minę miał jakby musiał być tam za karę. Jedzenie każdego dnia było takie samo – identyczne śniadania, obiady i kolacje bezsmakowe cos. Gdyby nie lokalne restaurację to wyjazd zakończyłby się na jedzeniu przetworzonego jedzenia z marketu. O przekąskach nawet nie wspomnę, bo były to resztki z lunchu. Soki dostępne tylko z SodaStreama, a kawa z proszku. Hotel położony na totalnym odludziu – brak atrakcji i miejsc do odwiedzenia. Jedyny plus: codzienne sprzątanie, i to bardzo dokładne. Pokój sprawiał wrażenie mocno zniszczonego. Największym absurdem był moment przybycia do hotelu. Wylądowaliśmy w Tiranie o 23:00, a transport trwał godzinę. Po przyjeździe do hotelu – około 1:00 w nocy – nie otrzymaliśmy żadnego posiłku, nawet wody. Wszystko było pozamykane. Totalna porażka i kompletny brak troski o klienta.

Hours waiting for food. Order comes messed up. Food is bad. No reaction from any of staff there. Not suggested. Overpriced. Pasta had a premade sauce and was suggested as truffle. Pizza was undercooked. 2 hours of waiting for the food and no drink was served in the meantime.

Een heerlijk verblijf – absoluut een aanrader! Wat een fijn hotel! Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelde alles verzorgd en gastvrij aan. De kamers waren schoon, comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. De sfeer in het hotel was rustig en ontspannen – precies wat je zoekt tijdens een verblijf. Het personeel was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om mee te denken. Wat het verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was het fantastische eten: elke maaltijd was heerlijk, vers en met zorg bereid. Complimenten aan de chef! Kortom: een geweldige plek om tot rust te komen, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug! En bedankt Raul voor de service!!

We spent the day and enjoyed lunch at this seaside hotel, which boasts a fantastic location and convenient free parking. The staff truly stood out with their attentiveness, both in the hotel and the restaurant. Although it was still early in the season, the place was already popular on weekends. The à la carte menu offered a great variety, and everything we ordered was excellent. The selection of local wines was also impressive. It’s easy to see why this charming seaside town is so well-loved.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un 5 étoiles. Buffet généreux et savoureux avec un bon mélange de cuisine. Ambiance calme à l’intérieur et extérieur. Hotel propre et en face de la mer avec piscine. Personnel à l’écoute et sympatique. Belle vue.

The experience was lovely and cool. Had my birthday party there and the customer service was great. I can recommend. Raul and Biona was a great staff. I will visit again when next I come Albania. The environment is great and tidy with room service and nice swimming pools.
